I was always a stocky kid when I was younger but by the time I was 19 I was a bit of a fat chunk! I decided enough was enough so I bought myself a weights kit and started researching weight loss. On a diet of carrots, water, tuna and potato I became fairly skinny. I was nowhere near how I wanted to look so I joined a gym and ironically researched how to gain weight! I trained for a year or 2 recreationally but the only reason I had bigger arms than most was because I was a drummer in a band.
I’ve always been a fan off bodybuilding and when I was 21 I decided to put my all into the sport and here we are still working towards that IFBB Pro card.
