Option 1: Whole Beef Fillet un-touched ready for you to butcher yourself (if your feeling brave) average weight 2.2-2.3kg
Option 2 : Whole Beef Fillet trimmed to perfection, we will remove all silver skin and sinew before removing the Head of the Fillet (Chateaubriand) to leave you with an incredible Fillet Barrel just like our picture. We will send you the Fillet Barrel and Chateau in 2 separate packs ready to cook.
Our Premium Scotch Flank Steaks are to die for! Super juicy and tender and full of mouth watering flavour.
Flank Steak is a great addition to your diet plan due to it being a more affordable cut compared to Sirloin and Fillet steak. This amazing piece of beef is hand sliced by our masters butchers before removing all fat and sinew to leave you with an incredibly lean piece of meat ready to cook.
The Flank is best cooked on a high heat searing all sides before allowing 3-4 minutes each side and then a good 3-4 minutes rest on the chopping board as well to guarantee that amazing tenderness it is loved for!
