Option 2 : Whole Beef Fillet trimmed to perfection, we will remove all silver skin and sinew before removing the Head of the Fillet (Chateaubriand) to leave you with an incredible Fillet Barrel just like our picture. We will send you the Fillet Barrel and Chateau in 2 separate packs ready to cook.
We source our Premium certified Black Angus beef from one of the most reputable Butchers in London. Full trace-ability from Farm to Fork allows Lean Meat LDN to guarantee that we only supply you with Certified Black Angus Beef.
