By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions – please read them carefully.  Under English law, we may not enter into a contract with any person under 18 years of age. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

The products, prices, pictures and terms and conditions of our website are subject to change. Please be aware and check this before placing an order. We like to change things on our website from time to and this can happen at any time from prices, pictures and even our terms and conditions so please be aware and check this before placing your order.

Order Process and delivery Lead Times
Please check very carefully our order process and delivery schedule as stated below :

  1. Orders placed before 9pm will be guaranteed for 48 hour turn around delivery.
  2. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery
  3. Orders placed on a Monday will be despatched on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery
  4. Orders placed on a Tuesday will be despatched on a Wednesday for a Thursday delivery
  5. Orders placed on a Wednesday will be despatched on a Thursday for a Friday delivery.
  6. Orders place on a Thursday will either be despatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery unless Saturday delivery is nominated, in which case such orders will be despatched on a Friday for a Saturday delivery (*Saturday delivery is charged at a premium rate)

We send all of our boxes via a Pre 12pm next day courier meaning your box will always arrive before or at Midday. In any instance that you are not available to take delivery of your box at the nominated delivery address it will always be left in a safe place (safe place should be specified in special instructions at checkout – for more information, please see our delivery section). ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10PM WILL MOVE OVER TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVEY.

We deliver to all United Kingdom Postcodes.

Once you have created your order and continued to view your basket please double check to make sure everything is 100% correct. Then proceed to the payment section. We carry stock of all products so we require payment up front due to next day order processing and then following day delivery. We will debit your credit/debit card immediately due to this process, please ensure all information is correct and that your postal code is for the registered address of the card holder. WE DO NOT STORE ANY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS.

All deliveries are distributed via next day pre 12 delivery by a 3rd party courier service packaged using refrigerated boxes and ice packs to ensure the temperature of your product.
In any instance that you are not available to take delivery of your box at the nominated delivery address, our couriers are instructed to leave the box in a safe place.
All of our goods perishable and as such we cannot under any circumstances allow any boxes to be returned to the depot for re-delivery at any time.

Accuracy of delivery details
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your delivery details are correct. Any orders not delivered on a specified delivery date or time due to either:
an incorrect delivery address
the customer not being available to receive a delivery

Will still charged at the full rate.
Should you not be in at the agreed delivery time to receive your goods, the courier will wait 5 minutes and attempt to make contact with you using the phone number provided. Failing this, your order will be left in a safe place and you will be notified of this. Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place (for example a garden shed or in your porch) and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk. We accept no liability for any loss or damage.

Our Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately on receipt of your delivery to discuss this further. All boneless products are hand prepared by our master butchers and while stringent quality controls are in place, we ask that you thoroughly check such products, as no liability will be accepted by the company for any injury or loss as a result of this produce. No claims for a refund or exchange will be entertained unless made within 48hours of delivery.

Return of Consumables
If you wish to return any food item for any reason other than it not being of saleable/consumable quality, you may do so at your own expense. In this instance, we will offer a full refund of the cost of the items minus the original delivery charge. Any items returned to us must be unopened, in the original packaging with all seals intact, in date and to be returned at the correct temperature

Coupons & Discount Codes

All Coupons and Discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with each other and discount will only be granted to the first code used. All coupons and discount codes are limited either by date or number of uses per used. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.

Cancellation of orders
We accept cancellations of orders at any time, up until Midnight of the same day the order was placed. Cancellation requests after this time will not be processed and the full cost of the goods will still be charged. Any meat that has been sourced and processed by ourselves to a customer’s exact specification does not fall under our cancellation policy.

We do not share your personal details with any one or any company not employed by Lean Meat London, unless required to do so by law
